Report Overview

Part of a Larger Whole provides a perspective on 30 years of social entrepreneurship in Aotearoa New Zealand. It seeks to promote discussion both within the Social Enterprise sector, and between the sector and its allies, partners and neighbours. It begins with a focus on possible learnings from the Community Employment Group which ended in 2005, before moving on to make two provocations for the sector to consider responding to. Firstly, should there be more differentiation between social and community enterprise? And secondly, Is there a gap for a specialist community enterprise development agency?
